The BOARSHURST BAND 2010.

Boarshurst Silver Band (Greenfield).

The Boarshurst Silver Band is a traditional, self financing brass band. which performs in and around The Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire,and Cheshire area regularly at a wide variety of events such as fund raising concerts, local galas, church services and several prestigeous concerts. In addition to this we travel to different areas of the country competing in local and national contests.

If you are interested in hiring the band for an event please contact our Band Manager via the Contacts page. We can provide either a traditional full brass band or smaller ensembles for ideal accompaniment for your event, dependent on your requirements.

New players are always welcome in our Senior Band and in the near future, we are hoping to re-introduce our very popular Youth / Training Academy, led by members of the Senior Band. Where experienced players will spend time teaching new players of all ages.
