Nickname;

Started Playing;    1972 with Boarshurst 'B' Band

Length of time at Boarshurst;    Joined 1972 - 1980. Rejoined in 1983 with the Senior Band to 1997. Moved house to the Fylde Coast. Return in 2006 and rejoined Boarshurst Silver Band.

Previous Band/s;    Pilling Silver Band 1998 - 2003. Various swing bands on the Fylde Coast. Now also playing with the Ray Taylor Swing Band from Preston.

Best Moment in Banding;    Playing with the Senior band, winning the Area and gaining promotion to the Championship Section.

Worst Moment in Banding;    Like all other bands the worst part is loosing players and getting to the position where a small nucleuse of players stick together to keep things going.

Favourite Test Piece;    The Prizewinners by Philip Sparke.

Future Hopes and Wishes;    That the band continues for another 100 years at least and to maintain the high calibre of M.D. and Players we now have.
